We employ only certified professionals. The referee's decision on the pitch or court is final. However, we assign a dedicated Match Commissioner to every major tournament who handles post-match administrative disputes, ensuring concerns are addressed professionally off the field.

Stoixia Tournaments carries comprehensive agency liability insurance covering all operational aspects of our events. However, individual participant medical insurance is not provided. All players must sign standard digital waivers prior to participating.
