Terms of Service

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and Stoixia Athletic Events Ltd., concerning your access to and use of our tournament booking platform and related operational services.

Acceptance of Terms

By interacting with our platform, submitting a booking inquiry, or participating in a Stoixia organized event, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

Event Packages and Pricing

All tournament packages displayed in our format catalog are subject to availability, venue confirmation, and final operational review. Pricing provided is indicative of base logistical inclusions (referees, digital scoring, base venue hire). Premium upgrades, extended broadcast tech, and specific VIP hospitalities will alter the final consultation quote. We reserve the right to modify pricing prior to the finalization of the booking contract.

Bookings and Obligations

The submission of a booking basket constitutes an inquiry, not a finalized contract. A booking is only confirmed upon the mutual execution of the tournament blueprint agreement and the receipt of the mandatory 30% operational deposit. Organizers are obligated to provide accurate participant rosters and adhere strictly to the established capacity limits of the chosen format.

Participant Waivers

Physical participation in any Stoixia tournament carries inherent risks associated with athletic competition. It is the strict responsibility of the booking organizer to ensure all individual participants review and sign the digital liability and medical waiver prior to entering the field of play. Stoixia Athletic Events Ltd. denies entry to any participant failing to provide this documentation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stoixia Athletic Events Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our operational services. While we provide certified referees and medical staff, we do not assume liability for injuries sustained during the normal course of athletic competition, provided no gross negligence on the part of our staff is proven.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Greece. Stoixia Athletic Events Ltd. and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Athens shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
